Scope of Work:

This project involved the construction of a new staff car park for Reconomy’s Head Office personnel at Stafford Park in Telford. The project involved extensive works to create the car park and the scope was as follows:

  • Site clearance including tree felling
  • Bulk earthworks and creation of embankment batters
  • Full depth construction including laying and compaction of Capping Layer and Type 1
  • Installation of surface drainage and gullies
  • Installation of Car Park lighting and associated ducting works
  • Final surfacing works consisting of base course, binder course and surface course
